At any rate, here;s an Update:

Received New Power Connector (PC)

Detetcted older PC wiring similar to Heating-only System of PC Install. guide

Correctly RE-wired for H-C system with GN Teh.Supp. + techsee.me

SYStem running, but -

Lower power symptom persists

Power Connector is not STILL seen under Settings > Equipment (there IS a blurb on pg.22, sec. 9. Confirm PC installation - "For Nest Gen3 Learn. TsTat, TsTat E, there's no need to check)

ANYone w/ a Gen3 Learn. Thermostat, PowerConnector + 18/4 wiring with no C-wire willing to share a pic of following screens from the thermostat?

Settings > Equipment,

Settings > Equipment > Power Connector, AND

Settings > Equipment > Power Connector > Power Test
