Exactly. For example, do I put my Y (black wire) into Y1 or Y2?

Colours will vary depending on how they are terminated on your furnace or heating/cooling device. Check that to determine what colours go to which terminal points

Y1- A/C (typically yellow)

G- FAN (typically green)

W1- Power (typically black or white)

C- Common (Typically Blue)

RH- Heat (Typically Red or black)

So it looks like your terminations should be as follows based off your old thermostat wiring.

G - Green

O - Orange

Y- Black

RH - Red

C - White
