How do i unenroll in rush hour

Can someone please tell me how I can unenroll in the rush hour thing as well as any other energy savings settings. I want to set my thermometer and I don’t want it changing ever.

I gave up on Google and just factory reset my nest. Worked like a charm, although you lose your existing saved set points and whatnot.
