Nest Learning thermostat sensor

What the hell is wrong with the Nest Learning Thermastat and sensor?? In the past 6 months I have had several problems with the wifi settings on both. I have other devices and NEVER have an issue connecting and staying connected to the network. Today, yet again, the sensor will not connect. It says to contact customer support. COME ON NEST, GET YOUR **bleep** TOGETHER, YOUR PRODUCTS ARE EXPENSIVE BUT DON'T RUN LIKE IT!!

Is your thermostat connected to your current wifi network?
Do you see an error code on your thermostat?
