Nest 3rd Generation heatlink

My heatlink has suddenly stopped working. There are no lights however my electrician has confirmed there is power. Any idea what the issue is.? Can you purchase a heatlink on its own? Can a second thermostat be connected if I have to buy a complete new Nest.

Yes, a small component inside the H/L has failed hence no power

Google do no sell them on their own, only a complete set. Search ebay for a H/L only

No a second display cannot be connected to one H/L.

You can connect your current display to any other H/L if purchased on it's own.
