Wifi Not Connecting

I have a Next that is 2-3 years old. It worked fine for the first year, but after a power outage the wifi would not reconnect. I've since done a system reset more than once on the Nest device, but it still will not connect to wifi. I have ensured that wifi is turned on and it just does not see it. I've tried connecting it to both my mobile hot spot and a router and it sees nothing. Did the wifi receiver just die? Is there a way to restart it!?

I have the same issue. Complete silence from the Nest folks. Not good.

Same thing has happened to me I did all the trouble shooting and nothing works.

What type of thermostat do you have?
Is your thermostat able to find any WiFi network?
Are you able to access the internet from your phone or computer?
What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
Are you receiving any error codes?

Before we begin troubleshooting, please confirm the following:

There is no wireless interference. Follow these steps to troubleshoot wireless interference.
There is no network hidden. Follow these steps to connect your Nest device to a hidden network.

In the meantime, please try to follow these troubleshooting steps:

Restart the thermostat and the router.
Try to connect to the network.
