Need a new wiring plate for Nest E thermostat

Hi, I recently completed some work on my AC system involving the 24VAC at the compressor. However it appears something I did caused my 1st floor Nest E thermostat to not recognize 24VAC on the red wire. Debug included measuring 24VAC betwee red and blue (common) and that checks out. I also confirmed proper 24VAC from the furnace control board, that checks out. In swapping thermostats between 1st floor and 2nd floor I found the problem follows the wiring plate for the 1st floor thermostat. Meaning not only did I swap thermostats, but I also swapped wiring plates and found the 1st floor wiring plate is the issue. Somehow I burned something out on it. That is truly confirmed now.

How do I proceed to buy a replacement wiring plate for the Nest E? Thanks.

EDIT: I unscrewed the back of the wiring plate and confirmed there are a few areas with burn marks, looks like two diodes burned out. Would post a pic but not able, lots of interesting active components, it's not just a passive wiring cross connect.
