Customer service gladly sent me a pristine replacement that arrived today, 2 days after I called on Sept 16th.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Problems with the refurbished unit;</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Tons of scratches on the stainless steel wheel. I'm kinda ok with it but not really.</P><P>The glass surface circumferential ending has gap in it. You can see the inside of the thermostat from it pointing a flashlight. I took photos but cannot seem to upload here.</P><P>This refurb replacement did not turn on when I installed it on the dock, and would show the google logo and shuts down. Recharged. Still the same.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Called back customer service who will gladly send me another refurb replacement, and attested these units are inspected twice on their quality control.
