Check to see if the fan comes on on a specific time another word every 15 minutes or once every hour or something like that see if it’s always coming on the same time between on and off. If it does, it means that somehow the fan schedule got turned on&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Our&amp;nbsp; Nest 3rd Gen thermostat is having issues? The fan comes on when Nest is turned off? WTF? Answers? Suggestions? It's driving me nuts! Everything else works, it's connected, power is good, no flashes, signals of any type. Why? What can I do to get it to stop? It's been 7 years and now this has started up as far as we can remember or tell.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
