Heat does not come on to temperature setting in heat mode

Turned from Cooling to Heating mode as it is now Fall.

Schedule for heat temperatures are programmed

Heat does not come on when temperature reaches below scheduled temp. For example if it is set to come on at 22C you have to manually turn it past 22C for the heat to come on. Where as it should come on automatically when temperature is below 22C

I'm sorry to hear that your Nest Thermostat is not working as expected and your heating schedule is not activating.

Have you done some troubleshooting steps, like deleting the schedule and creating a new one?
Could you please attach a screenshot of the schedules you want the thermostat to follow?
