Google Nest Furnace Compatibility

I am trying to confirm that the Nest is compatible with my furnace. It is an electric furnace made by Stelpro; model SFEX1821.

I have been told by the manufacturer that the Nest is not compatible. Does anyone have any information on why it would or would not be?

What is the make and model of your HVAC system?
Could you please send a picture of the wire labels on your thermostat or control board?
