Compatibility

We have a super old thermostat for our heat only system - no labels only two wires, one black, one white. Is this compatible with any of the Nest thermostats? Do we need to add a power adaptor?

To make sure about the answer for your compatibility could you share with me more details about your HVAC system for example if you have a Heat Pump or is a Convectional and what is the fuel source (gas, electric, oil, propane (LP) or geothermal). With these details i can confirm the compatibility with your system.
