App on phone and Alexa? Not doing a thing?…

Help…..please….multiple emails to helpdesk and 3 calls and not a thing to fix this issues….no promised email from them…..basically washed their hands of this issues?

thermostat works fine as a thermostat but iPhone app and Alexa does nothing…..factory reset everything, restarted, deleted app, re-installed and just constantly ‘off line’ so can’t remotely control the thermostat……never had this with hive?
any ideas as on verge of removing whole system and re-installing hive that works?

Anyone else have this as nest simply doesn’t work on an iPhone with the app?

Tried changing networks, used a booster……thermostat stable and works independently but just nothing via app on phone……please do help before I put hive back in. Many thanks

Since you've already tried the reset and reinstall, I’d recommend checking your network settings to make sure there’s no connectivity issue with your Wi-Fi or any firewall blocking the app. Also, double-check pure shayari if the thermostat is running on the latest firmware. Sometimes a small software update can resolve these issues.

We appreciate your efforts to connect the thermostat with Alexa multiple times. Google offers a Smart Home skill to control Google Nest products with Amazon Alexa.

Please try the following troubleshooting steps below:

Tap Settings
Tap Services > Partner Connections.
Tap Amazon Alexa.
Turn on permissions for your new device.
Say, "Alexa, discover my devices."
