Nest Thermostat - how to get the free power connector

I am trying to set up a Google Nest thermostat. During setup, the Google Home app said:

"You need a free Nest Power Connector
Because your home has an uncommon wiring setup, a Nest Power Connector or C wire is needed to deliver stable power to your thermostat." I follower the link to get a free power connector but it brought me to a page that wanted to charge me $25 dollars. How or where can I contact Google to get this Power Connector.
