Nest 3rd generation wrong temperature

Hi, I'm trying everything what I found on internet, but I couldn't resolve the problem, my nest thermostat is not showing the correct temperature, it's higher than its inside the flat.

When was the thermostat installed?
Where did you install your thermostat?
Do you have other active Nest thermostats?
When did the issue start?
How big is the difference between the readout of the Nest thermostat and your thermometer or other thermostats?
What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far?
What is the brand/model of the HVAC/heat pump?
Is the problem continuous or under specific circumstances?
Were there any recent changes to the HVAC system?
Was there any recent power outage or power issue?

Any additional details you can provide will be helpful.
