Nest thermostat

Anyone know how to maintain a steady temperature on this thermostat, I have it set at 18 c but the thermostat won’t kick in unless I manually turn it to over 20c and then when it goes off I have to turn it higher every time

I'm sorry about such a delayed response, we've been dealing with higher than expected volumes. I'd like to assist you on this matter, but I need you to clarify a little bit more what's the issue because if you set your temperature to 18 C and it doesn't drop below, the heating won't start, which is expected behavior. Please let me know if you've got it sorted or if you still need assistance.
