&lt;LI aria-level="1"&gt;Does it show offline in the Nest or Google Home app or indicated on the device?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI aria-level="1"&gt;Can the thermostat find or detect other networks?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI aria-level="1"&gt;Has there been any recent change in the home Wi-Fi network?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI aria-level="1"&gt;Can your other devices find your Wi-Fi network?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI aria-level="1"&gt;Are you trying to connect to the 2.4 GHz or the 5 GHz network?&lt;/LI&gt;
