Nest thermostat

My upstairs Nash thermostat is set to come on at 7 am, but I’ve noticed when I get up to go to the bathroom it’s sometimes on At 20° at 0.4.23 05.19 etc. I’ve checked the schedule And it’s not supposed to come on till 7 am so why is it doing this please? It’s a learning thermostat and I got it a year ago but I don’t know what generation it is. it wouldn’t let me post aren’t saying a generation so as it was only November 2023 I assumed it was the latest one

When did the issue start?
What other strange symptoms have you experienced since the problem started?
What kind of HVAC system do you have?" (Heat pump, conventional system, etc.)
Do you notice any intervals or specific patterns between these strange behaviors?
When was the last maintenance check for your HVAC system?
Has there been any recent changes or upgrades to your HVAC system?
Have you checked the routine that triggers this behavior and tried to reschedule it again?
