Nest Heatlink issue

Hi. My nest thermostat/Heat link has suddenly stopped working. I have tried everything and no luck getting it back working. It appears that there is no power coming to the heat link.
do I need a new heat link? Where can I get one and does Google supply? I am in Ireland.

9/10 you need a new H/L as a component fails inside. Ebay is your best bet, as Google do not sell them.
