Just bought and setup the nest 4th gen thermostat and the schedule is set to 69 comfort during the day at down to 65 at night but when looking as the activity logs near keeps heating the house to 70 degrees during the day and night. I looked through all settings and see 69 nowhere so I’m not sure why it’s not following the schedule. Any ideas?

Hi @Adambomb,

Thanks for reaching out to the community. I am sorry that your Nest thermostat is not heating to the correct temperature, but no need to worry; help is here. I need to know a few things about your thermostat in order to provide you with a better resolution.

Does the thermostat display show any error codes or messages?

When did the issue first occur?

When was the thermostat installed?

What is the make and model of your HVAC equipment?

Do you see a blinking LED light?

Is your thermostat online?

I'll be waiting for your response; any additional details you can provide will be helpful.

Best regards,
Jeremy.
