No cooling or heating

Recently installed a Nest 1.4 4th gen and cannot get it to cool or heat. I have a heat pump and have pictures of the old wiring. I’ve switched the O and the B wire on the thermostat settings and it still won’t work. I’m not sure my system is compatible, or it’s something simple I’m missing.

We appreciate all of your previous troubleshooting efforts to connect with our community. I am aware that you already tried to change the orientation of the heat pump settings. I need to know a few things about your thermostat in order to provide you with a better resolution.

What Nest thermostat model do you have? For your reference, you can check out this article on How to Tell Which Nest Thermostat You Have.
Does the thermostat display show any error codes or messages?
When did the issue first occur?
When was the thermostat installed?
"What is the make and model of your HVAC equipment?
What are the cables inserted in the thermostat?
