Skipped home/away setup for nest and Google home

I wanted to avoid presence sensing from the nest thermostats and from Google home because I never wanted the thermostats to automatically switch to eco mode.

However, I very much still want to be able to set the thermostats manually to an away mode with eco settings through my Google home app for when I go on vacations. When I use that setting I don’t want the automatic schedule to override it until I disable it.
however, since I skipped home/away settings during initial set up, I don’t find the option to add away settings or an away routine in my Google home app. How can I add these settings later on?
