looking to swap a Trane thermostat tcont824as52da

I have the Trane thermostat with wires on the W1, BK, G, Y1, O and RH. I have changed another thermostat but this one has the wire on the BK and the others didn't. Not sure if this setup is compatible with the nest. Its a heat pump.

Before I start further troubleshooting, let me ask you a few questions:

Could you please let me know the model of your Nest thermostat?
Could you please take a picture of the Trane thermostat wires before you remove it from the wall and post it here?

If it is possible, I will also appreciate you posting a picture of the wires that are in the control board.

I have a nest 3gen learning thermostat. Will upload picture of wires shortly.
