Nest thermostat not heating when it says it is heating.

Google Nest Learning Thermostat - 3rd Generation - Smart Thermostat - Pro Version works great cooling. Not so much since winter came. I have 3 of these on 3 different units all the same brand / model. One works flawlessly. The other two cool works great but no heat. Put the old thermostat on and heat works fine. I even swapped one of the non-working units with the one that is working and the problem stayed with the unit. I'm not sure where to go from here.

Does the thermostat display show any error codes or messages?
When did the issue first occur?
When was the thermostat installed?
What is the make and model of your HVAC equipment?
What troubleshooting steps have you done before you contact us?
Do you see a blinking LED light? If so, is it red or green?
