You can pull it from its base, and you will find the charger port in the back of the device; you will need to connect it to a power outlet.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have 2 problems with my thermostat.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. My thermostat turns the heat on, but it won't stop running.&amp;nbsp; I have the heat set to 68 degrees, but it's now currently at 82 degrees in the house.&amp;nbsp; I have a gas combi boiler, water baseboard heating system.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; I can't connect it to the WiFi because it says my battery is low.&amp;nbsp; It's hard wired into the wall, why is the battery an issue?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
