Setup Nest Thermostat two-stage for Electric Wall Heaters

I have a seasonal cabin that currently has two 240 volt wall heaters. each is on a separate circuit and I am working on a design with Aube relays that allow connection to 24volt thermostat systems like Nest. I would like to use the heaters as a two stage system. I have questions on the C Wire and Rh wire connections when a relay is used for each wall heater.

When was the thermostat installed?
What is the make and model of your HVAC equipment?
How many wires are there?
