I installed a new nest thermostat for main zones in my home thermostat says it's heating up but no heat another zone works perfectly why won't it work

You have a single HVAC system with four zones? In this case all of the zone thermostats connect to the Zone Controller in the same way. Please post the screenshot of the old thermostat before you removed it showing the wiring. Do this for the non working thermostat.
