How to install nest with a fused switch spur UK?

I'm trying to replace a wireless receiver with the nest thermostat E. The current receiver sits between the boiler and a fused switch which provides power.

I've identified the common and normally open wires needed by nest. But, it is unclear what to do with the 2 live, neutral and earth wires.
