Wiring issue

I previously installed my Nest thermostat successfully but had to remove it and put the old thermostat in place. I am trying to reinstall it but the handler is not coming on but the unit outside is. On the old thermostats the wires are hooked as follows, red wire hooked to R, blue hooked to C, green hood to G, yellow hooked to Y, white hooked to W2, and orange hooked to O/B. On the Nest Thermostat Yellow to Y, Blue to C, White to W, Green to G, Red to R, Orange to O/B. What am I doing wrong that the handler won't come on?
