Regarding this code being displayed on your thermostat, it means that this device is not connecting to any Wi-Fi network. Therefore, I can suggest performing the following steps:

Press the thermostat ring to open the Quick View menu.
Go to Settings.
Select Reset.
Select Restart.
Then your thermostat restarts, and you can try to reconnect it to Wi-Fi. On your thermostat, go to Settings > Network and select the name of your Wi-Fi network.

If after attempting this step, the thermostat still is not finding a Wi-Fi network, the team would like to learn more about this behavior. When you get a chance, please fill out this form and let us know when you’re finished. We’ll have someone reach out to you via email from there.
