Google nest thermostat is on G mode and won't start

My Thermost is on G mode and it is stuck there. I have tried to remove it from the base and reattach it to the base. I have checked the wires and it is all good. I have turned off the HVAC and and turn it back on. I have actually done all the recommendations I got from the troubleshoot page. I have another thermostat ( the same model) in a different room and it works perfectly.

Please help me get it to.work.

Could you please tell me what type of Nest thermostat you have? Since you've already tried some troubleshooting steps, I won't recommend repeating them. I suggest trying a factory reset. This will erase all settings and clear any glitches that might be affecting the thermostat. Also, please share a picture of the thermostat display showing the error.
