I want to add a second 3rd gen thermostat to our guest house, but I only want occupancy to be determined by the occupancy sensor, NOT by my phone location. I cannot figure out how to decouple my phone’s location for the guest house; it seems like any device with my home address will respond the same way regarding my phone’s location. The easiest way is to create a 2nd home in your account and label it as the Guest house.
