Hot water keeps turning on and i cant turn off, as its off in all the aps

We have a 2 zone heating and the heating works fine.

However the water, since we have had a new boiler just seems to randomly come on, outside of the schedule.

It's off in all the apps and as a result I can't turn it off, other than by turning the boiler itself off.

The plumber has checked the wiring and still issues persist.

Could it be an issue with the valve on the water tank, heat link error or wiring?

Boiler is an ecotec plus 415 heat only boiler.

To determine the reason this is happening, please provide the information requested below:

What type of Nest thermostat do you have?
When was the new boiler installed?
What's the color of the LED light on the Heat Link?
Does the display show a water droplet?
Does the display show the Bacteria Prevention icon?
Is there a wiring report or error message on their thermostat and/or app?
What troubleshooting steps have you done before posting in the community?
