topic A/C not working after factory reset in Nest Thermostats

I just moved into a home that uses a 4th gen thermostat. I did a factory reset and set it up fresh under my account, but I'm not getting cool air while I have it set to cool mode. Any advice would be appreciated. I've already done another factory reset with the hopes that would fix the issue.

Hello HunterP,

Thanks for reaching out to the Nest Community. We're happy to help you with your questions about how to get cool air with your 4th Gen thermostat.

To give you the most accurate assistance, could you please provide photos of your current 4th gen thermostat wiring? This will allow us to compare and identify any potential issues.

You should find a camera icon or "Insert photos" option to attach the images. If you don't see this on your mobile device, please try using a different browser or a computer.

We look forward to your response and the photos.

Regards,

Kevin
