A/C not working after factory reset

I just moved into a home that uses a 4th gen thermostat. I did a factory reset and set it up fresh under my account, but I'm not getting cool air while I have it set to cool mode. Any advice would be appreciated. I've already done another factory reset with the hopes that would fix the issue.
