Nest learning thermostat 4th gen not cooling.

My Nest learning thermostat 4th gen doesn't seem to actually cool my home. I had a Nest licensed professional install it yet even though I have had it set to cool to 62 degrees for over 5 hours, the coolest it's gotten is 72 degrees. What is wrong with this thing?

To continue investigating the inconvenience, I'd like to ask the following:

Can you confirm when you installed the Nest Learning Thermostat?
What type of HVAC system do you have?
When was the last maintenance service for your HVAC system?
Is this the first time you've used cooling this year? If so, did the heating function properly during the winter?
Do you see a power error code on your Nest Learning Thermostat?
Could you send me pictures of both your old thermostat's wiring and the current wiring on the Nest Learning Thermostat?

In the meantime, I'd suggest the following:

Check if you have any schedule set for cooling on your Nest Learning Thermostat. For reference, you can check out this article: Temperature schedules for the Nest thermostat.
Check the air filter. The HVAC system needs proper airflow to function correctly. A dirty or clogged air filter can restrict airflow over the cooling coils.
