Gen 3 thermostat

I keep getting disconnected from wifi. No other devices in the home have this problem. The only thing I see according to all the trouble shooting help tips is my battery is at little low. 3.697 v ....help! I have starlink which has been very reliable. Is the battery replaceable?

How far away is the Nest Learning Thermostat (3rd Gen) from your router?
