&lt;P&gt;Restart the Heat Link&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;Hold down the Heat Link’s button until its light turns off. It should take about ten seconds.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Release the button and wait for your Heat Link to restart.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;The status light will turn green if it re-connects to your thermostat. If the status light is yellow, continue to step 2.&lt;/LI&gt;

      <title>Heat link No Power, Error H71 on thermostat</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;My heat link has stopped suddenly today, no lights at all. I have tried power on and off and pressing the button for 20sec as pr the suggestion. Despite this no lights have turned on.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Here is some more info.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;How long has your thermostat been installed for?&amp;nbsp; --&amp;gt; 2 yrs +&lt;BR /&gt;Did the issue happen during the installation? --&amp;gt; No&lt;BR /&gt;Is there any error on the Nest thermostat display? --&amp;gt; H71&lt;BR /&gt;Have you had any power cuts recently? --&amp;gt; No&lt;BR /&gt;Have you had any work done on your electrical or heating systems recently?&amp;nbsp; --&amp;gt; No&lt;BR /&gt;If yes, was the power properly restored at the fuse board after work was done? --&amp;gt; N/A&lt;BR /&gt;How many zones are present in the setup? --&amp;gt; Two. One for downstairs and one for Upsatair with water heatingas well, which is what is not working now.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
