Nest thermostat

I've been using my Nest thermostat for about 2 two yrs now. 3 days ago it stopped working. Now out of nowhere it says No Power.

I've changed the batteries even though the old batteries were showing Good! I've checked the wires nothing. No one has messed with it. It just stopped working.

I could really use some HELP Please!
