What does "Your A/C system likely failed to cool your home" mean for homes with multiple thermostat

We have about six zones, with cooling running in three of them.

We'd expect the heat to rise in the zones that are not being cooled, possibly resulting in a house zone average that shows heating. In that case, no problem with the message.

If not the case, what does the message mean?

Very specifically, does the message reflect the average of the zones, or something else?

What other strange symptoms have you experienced since the problem started?
