The people who installed it came and tried to fix it and I have spent hours and hours on the phone with Google tech-support. No one has been able to help. Finally, after numerous emails, they connected me to a high-level tech-support person last Tuesday. He said don't worry he's going to take care of it and will contact me within 48 hours. It's been a week. I've got no Communication from anyone. I am so frustrated. Does anybody have any idea how to contact Google nest and file a complaint and get some kind of help.
