Cannot disable Nest Renew

I enrolled in Rush Hour without fully understanding what it would do. I went to nestrenew.google.com, and cancelled the service. But my thermostats are still automatically adjusting themselves. This is an unwanted invasion of privacy, and I would like it disabled immediately. Please advise.

@davidhukill Rush Hour Rewards and Nest Renew are two separate programs. Sounds like you've got Nest Renew sorted, and for Rush Hour Rewards, you can't unenroll yourself unfortunately. For that, you need to contact the Google Nest support team.

Go to Contact Us - Google Nest Help
Select an appropriate product or category, type a brief description of the issue, then click Next.
Click Other, then click Next step.
In the Resources section, click Next step.
Choose to get a phone call, call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
