Nest 4th generation

Im totally disappointed with the 4th generation thermostat, from the app interface , to the inaccurate house temperature . I had the nest 3rd generation and had no problems (app or equipment) I just installed the 4th generation yesterday, I dislike the app interface and the thermostat is inaccurate, it's running for hrs to reach temps . It about 3 degrees off .im going back to the 3rd generation
