Thermostat sharing with family issue

Hi community.

I'm experiencing an issue with my thermostat.

I'm the owner of the thermostat and I have invited my girl into my home in Google home app.

She see the thermostat but is ever offline, in this mode she can't control it.

I have already tried to remove/re-add she from home without success.

Do you have any suggestions?

Thanks Jake,

i have adopted a workarount to exit from this trouble.

I have registred my girl into nest app, and invited again from google home.
After this she can see the thermostat correctly.
