Could you please confirm the model of your Nest Thermostat devices and if they are still associated or set up to your accounts?

In case you were unable to locate the promo code, could you please check your spam or junk folders? The emails are occasionally filtered there.

Someone stating they were from google called me this morning and requested that I provided a verification code that was texted to me. I refused to provide the code to them for security purposes. This seems counter intuitive given the code sent by google literally states that I am not supposed to share it with anyone. Please help, this is a long and painful process to get two additional codes for devices your organization knows that we have no different than the 3 devices that we initially provided codes for. I have sent serial numbers opened multiple tickets and now I need to talk to someone?

I have the same problem. I have 4 Nest thermostats for which Google is discontinuing support and I received an email with a link for only 3 promotional discounts. I am waiting to upgrade until I can do all 4 at once.
