      <description>&lt;P&gt;What a shame you force your customers to throw working electronic devices in the landfill. It's a thermostat not a nuclear reactor. Making your customers toss working devices in the garbage just so you can try to swindle another $200 from them is shameful. Do no harm my ass.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It is unacceptable Google decides to just stop services for first and second generation Nest thermostat devices for which we paid quite a lot of money. This seriously disrupts my trust in the company. They offer us a discount on a new device. Yeah right, how long will that stuff be supported? I will no longer be buying Google products. &lt;a href="https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/787390"&gt;@Rando_Boomer&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;yes lol you're right, I better report this to European authorities, I hope Google will get another big lawsuit for this if they don't restore the services.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
