Nest Heat Link not flashing

Hello

My Heat Link has no flashing lights, I have tried rebooting the system by both pressing the button on the heat link, and the thermostat and moving them closer together. I have also tried turning off router etc, nothing seems to work. I know that there is power going to the heat link as I have a device to check this,

I am unsure which generation my nest is , cannot locate this on the unit but it was fitted in 2019.

Can you advise please?

Sorry also the fault code H71 is displayed on the thermostat
