We purchased our new home in March and moved in April (NEST installed by previous owners) - because we didn’t register the NEST under my email until April 25th (FIVE DAYS AFTER the alleged cut off date) - they will not give us the discount code.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>We have spent all day on the phone with customer service and received zero assistance. They have been very rude.
