Hi my heatlink won't work with my boiler the thermostat and heatlink work with each other but the boiler dnt respond

Thanks for reaching out. I'll do my best to help. Go next to your Heat Link, open the Nest app and then turn on/off your heating. Let me know if you hear a click sound coming from the Heat Link.

Hey @Naz007,

Thanks for confirming. By the sound of it, the relays may be stuck. Please answer the following questions:

Have you had any recent power cuts in your area? If yes, has the power been restored?
Have you recently had service or maintenance on your electrical or heating system?
Have you pressed the Heat Link button once(for Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd Gen)/twice(For Nest Thermostat E) to put it on Manual Mode? Does the boiler activate in Manual Mode?
What lights do you have on the Heat Link?
When was your thermostat installed?
When did the issue start?
What type of thermostat do you have?

Not had any power cuts in the area,not serviced or maintained any electrical hearing it's all on gas no electrical heating I've pressed the heat link e twice yellow orange light comes on but doesn't turn o manual heating.thermostat was installed just over a year ago.the issue started a few months back when I come home from work and heating was on and didn't go off from the thermostat so I had 2 swith it off from the boiler.the thermostat is thermostat e
