      <title>Can’t complete set up</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I try to complete the menu, thermostat says it needs to restart and will&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;be back in a few minutes. &amp;nbsp;This has been happening for 6 hours. &amp;nbsp;What is wrong? How can I get past this ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Rather than waste your time on this place, you could always ring Nest!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try this, remove display from wall, plug usb into the usb port on the back, and leave for a good 90 mins. Keep usb plugged in, then squeeze the display like you would a hamburger until the house comes on. You may get the words 'refit to base', ignore, then do it again. Then refit back on the wall, and see what happens.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Failing that, if you would like heat, I would ring them!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
