Free power adapter

I recently purchased a new Google nest thermostat to add to our home system. We have a few of the older Nest e thermostats that all work without the C-wire. The nest E isn't available and after doing some research it said you shouldn't need a C-wire for the google nest 2020. During the install it called for the C-wire (shocking) so I went back and told the set up that there was a c-wire so it would let me add the thermostat to google home app and add wifi. During the install / adding to our system it said you can get a free power adapter and it gave me a link that brought me to page where I purchased the thermostat on Amazon, and I can't find the link it mentions that is there for the free power adapter. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Also worth noting the thermostat is getting 3.1 -3.2 v which seems to be what people say it needs to charge without the power adapter or c wire.
